I cannot recommend Brent and Marisa enough. They made it easy to sell a house that could have otherwise been a very challenging sale. It was an older house and was in need of a lot of work to get it ready for sale. However, the Whitakers expertly coached me through what repairs and improvements needed to be done, helped me find all the right vendors to do the work, and then went well above and beyond my expectations in helping me coordinate all of the work. In the end, the house sale was painless, and I could not be happier with the results.
