I cannot recommend Brent and Marisa enough. They made it easy to sell a house that could have otherwise been a very challenging sale. It was an older house and was in need of a lot of work to get it ready for sale. However, the Whitakers expertly coached me through what repairs and improvements needed to be done, helped me find all the right vendors to do the work, and then went well above and beyond my expectations in helping me coordinate all of the work. In the end, the house sale was painless, and I could not be happier with the results.

We cannot recommend Brent and Marisa enough. From the very beginning, they demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication. By the end of the process, they truly felt like family. Many weekends were spent house hunting with Marisa and our son would light up as soon as he saw her. We moved to California from Texas when most people are going the other way Houses in CA are much more expensive than where we came from and we were very uncertain about where we wanted to live and what we could afford. I cannot overstate how amazing the Whitakers, were. Marisa and her husband Brent treated us like family. We worked with 3 agents before them and had struggled to find what we wanted. They were so patient with us. We looked at literally dozens of houses from Brea to Rancho Santa Margarita. We looked at everything from multi-million dollar homes to fixer-upper apartments. The long version of this story includes nearly losing three wheels on the family van on the way out here from Texas and closing while en route at a place we were only able to see over FaceTime. The person we bought the house from left for Spain on a honeymoon after signing; but because the notary we worked with sent the paperwork we signed to the wrong address we were not able to close on time. We were parked in front of our new home with a full U-Haul and were unable to unload. The Whitakers came through again and were able to get permission for us to occupy before officially closing. It was a crazy adventure and we could not have done it without them. We trusted the Whitaker and we were not disappointed. They are amazing! And we recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased to recommend Brent and Marisa Whitaker, who represented us in the sale of our home of 22 years and the purchase of our new home. Brent and Marisa showed us numerous properties in various So. Cal. communities (e.g., San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Huntington Beach, Lake Forest, and Mission Viejo) as my wife and I, as new empty-nesters, contemplated downsizing. I recently used Brent and Marisa in selling my home. From the very first meeting, they set clear expectations and explained the current market. They had a very clear and concise strategy to sell my home. One day before officially listing my home, Marisa called me and said she wanted to lower the list price based on how she perceived the market. She said it was up to us but her gut was telling her it was the right decision. Spoiler, her gut was right. My house sold in the first weekend for $45,000 over the list price (by far the highest price for our model). The closing was smooth and there was clear communication throughout the process. Brent and Marisa were very kind and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend them based on their track record and knowledge alone. The fact that they are kind decent people makes working with them 1000 times better.

Best house selling experience I've ever had! I cannot express in words how simple and easy Brent and Marisa Whitaker made this experience for me. They handled 100% of everything: listing, staging, pictures, marketing, open house, and the entire closing process: paperwork, notarizing documents, bank processing, etc. They are true professionals! Brent and Marisa went beyond the role of Real Estate agents and were very involved in closing our sale! For example, during the sale process, Brent came in and did basic patchwork himself to improve a couple of cosmetically challenged parts of our home.
